With full-service (commission-based) management, your income varies with occupancy and seasonality but averages 30–40% higher than guaranteed rent over a full year, since you capture premium pricing during events like the Jazz Festival. With guaranteed rent, we pay you a fixed monthly amount regardless of bookings — zero income risk, but a lower average annual total.
How long does onboarding take?
Seven days from signing to your first live listing. We start with a free property assessment and revenue projection, then handle photography, listing setup, dynamic pricing configuration, and calendar sync across every platform before your apartment goes live.
Is there a lock-in contract for full-service management?
No. We operate on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days' notice. You can also switch to our guaranteed rent model at any renewal point if you decide you prefer fixed income over maximised returns.
Do you handle Swiss short-term rental compliance and tourist tax?
Yes. The taxe de séjour is collected from guests at booking and remitted to the relevant commune on your behalf, and we handle registration and change-of-use compliance for licensed short-term rental apartments in Montreux, Vevey, Clarens and Villeneuve.
