What is your commission?
20% flat commission on all revenue — Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and direct bookings included. No setup fees, no photography fees, no monthly retainer. You receive 80% via monthly bank transfer with a detailed revenue report.
Do I need to be present for check-ins?
No. We handle every check-in and check-out on your behalf. Guests receive digital entry instructions in advance and we're on call 24/7 for arrivals. You don't need to be in Montreux — or even in Switzerland.
What platforms do you list on?
Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia, Tripadvisor, and Google Vacation Rentals. We also promote your apartment on our direct booking platform (3.5% payment fee — lower than any platform commission). All calendars sync in real time to prevent double bookings.
How long does onboarding take?
Seven days from signing to your first live listing. We handle photography, listing creation, pricing configuration, and platform setup. You approve the listing copy — that's it.
Can I block dates for personal use?
Yes, anytime. You have full visibility of your calendar and can block dates with a message to us. We ask for reasonable advance notice during peak periods (Jazz Festival, Christmas Market) so we can adjust pricing strategy accordingly.
What if a guest causes damage?
We photograph the property before and after every stay. Damage claims are filed through platform guarantee programmes — Airbnb's AirCover provides up to USD 3,000,000 in host protection. We manage the entire claims process and keep you informed throughout.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. We operate on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days' notice. If we don't perform, you're free to leave. We believe the results speak for themselves.
Do you handle the tourist tax?
Yes. The taxe de séjour is collected from guests at booking and remitted to the Commune of Montreux on your behalf — included in our service at no extra charge, keeping your property fully compliant with local regulations.
