We take care of everything — listings, pricing, guests, cleaning, compliance — so your property generates steady rental income. Based in Montreux, we manage apartments across the Swiss Riviera — Vevey, Clarens, Villeneuve — and anywhere else in Switzerland, for one flat 20% commission.
From the first listing photo to the final guest review — our team manages every detail with hotel-grade standards.
We visit your apartment, review your existing listings, and provide a detailed revenue projection — at no cost and with no obligation.
We photograph your property, create or optimise all listings, configure dynamic pricing, and sync your calendar across every platform.
We manage your listings across all major platforms — Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and others. In parallel, we advertise your apartment on our own platform with direct booking and online payment via Stripe (3.5% payment fee). We handle every guest, every cleaning, and every issue. You receive monthly reports and your revenue minus 20%.
Choose the model that fits your situation — or ask us which one would earn you more.
Some buildings will never get a short-term-rental authorisation: the condominium's règlement forbids it, or the commune will not grant the change-of-use permit that Vaud requires past 90 nights of availability. That is not a dead end — the apartment can be let on an ordinary Swiss lease, furnished for 3–12 months or classic for 1–3 years, with the tenant screened and the tenancy managed. You stay the landlord; the rent arrives every month.
of your rental revenue — the guest-paid cleaning fee goes directly to us, no hidden deductions
Before RivieraHost, I was spending two evenings a week managing messages, coordinating cleaners, and stressing about reviews. Now I check a monthly report and my income has gone up by 38%. The Jazz Festival bookings alone justified the entire year.
I was sceptical about handing over my apartment to a third party, but RivieraHost made it seamless. They handled everything — photography, guest communication, check-ins — and my occupancy rate jumped from 54% to over 80% in the first season. I finally feel like I can travel without worrying.
Living abroad, managing a rental in Switzerland remotely was always a concern. RivieraHost took that stress away completely. Monthly transfers arrive on time, the reports are clear, and whenever there's a maintenance issue they sort it before I even know about it. Highly professional team.
We focus on the Swiss Riviera and beyond — so we know the seasonal rhythms, Jazz Festival rental demand, Christmas Market apartment bookings, and the exact guest profile better than any generalist agency.
